Limehurst Primary School has a legal responsibility to deliver an effective educational programme to its pupils. In order to do this, we need to collect personal data about our pupils/children and their families so that we can help them learn and keep them safe. We aim to ensure that all personal data collected about staff, pupils, parents, governors, visitors and other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how the school uses any personal data that we hold about them. We comply with this right by providing our ‘privacy notice’ to individuals where we are processing their personal data.
